Chevrolet Camaro SS 350

With the Ford Mustang, released in 1964, Ford had designed a new and extremely effective market. Typical Applications joined this 'Pony Car' section overdue in 1966 with the Chevrolet Camaro SS 350 and the carefully relevant Pontiac Firebird. GM's new stream-lined two-door models were using the similarly new F-Body, rear-wheel generate foundation.

Although delivered immediately at the Ford mustang, the Chevy Camaro SS 350 recognized itself by the apparently limitless record of choices available. Chevrolet Camaro SS 350

The presented example is a 1969 style Chevrolet Camaro SS 350 outfitted with the RS vision bundle. For 1969 the power of the '350' V8 was improved by 5 bhp to 300 bhp. It is seen here at the 2008 Concours on the Road in Carmel. A finish repair had been accomplished just days before the display.
